MW 12" modular ring and pinions are made of 9310 pro gear material, fits MW modular differentials, uses 14 ring gear bolts, has a 9/16"-18 thread, 2.167" rear bearing diameter, and 40-spline input. Pinion shafts have a 3/8" hex for oil pump drive. 

Manufactured from ultra-tough 9310 steel, these gears are specifically engineered for drag racing and competition use where extreme torque loads and high horsepower are the demanded. Unlike street gears, Pro Gears are designed for the strip, trading longevity for the ability to withstand repeated hard launches and shock loading without failure.

Gleason Gears: M/W-Gleason 12” Gears are produced from 9310 alloy. These Ring and Pinions are the next step in durable gearing. The M/W Gleason series gears have a ground tooth form and are Cold Stabilized, Shot Peened and REM isotropic surface finished. These gears fit MW modulars with series 2 spool (P/N  53104) .  Pinion shaft has a 3/8" hex for oil pump drive. These Gears are the latest improvement for the 12” Modular Rears.
